The Westbrook Public Schools’ New Educator Academy is designed to empower, support, and inspire new educators as they begin their journey within our district. Our purpose is to develop a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative environment where new teachers feel confident, connected, and well-prepared to thrive both professionally and personally.
